7 Mar 2024: All formulae have been approved by the USG, and I’ve updated the website with my intended product line. It includes 4 core meads, available year round, and 8 rotating meads. 4 of the rotating meads are seasonal, only 1 is produced each season. The remaining 4 rotating meads are for celebrations, produced for consumption during respective festivity. The rotating meads become available when they would have naturally been available, in a world without import from the southern hemisphere, preservation, and refrigeration.
